Womens Prenatal Discussion Group.
Debbie Aglietti and Randy Patterson of Northeast Doulas have found that women who connect with other women during pregnancy become more confident and are less likely to experience the baby blues and post partum depression. By sharing their ideas, fears, concerns, excitement and general thoughts and information, women realize they are not alone and gain a group of friends to experience parenthood with.
Please join us on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 at Hudson Valley Hospital in the Wagner conference room.
This group is facilitated by labor and postpartum doulas Randy and Debbie. Collectively, they have 19 years of experience in working with women during pregnancy, birth and the early stages of motherhood.
